Dr. Marvin Cohen

Dr. Cohen is a Principal Research Scientist at GTRI and Manager of The GTRI NCTI Program Office, is CEO of IRTA, Inc. and MCA, and is a Fellow of the IEEE and a Fellow of GTRI. He is the author of over 100 research publications in the areas of radar, target identification, and sensor fusion, including 5 chapters in four graduate-level texts, and teaches in 5 GIT Short Courses.

Mr. Andrew Maier

Mr. Maier is a student employed full-time by IRTA-MCA. He is currently enrolled at Georgia Tech studying Mathematics. He assists in research and software development.
